Craig founded Fellwood Advisory in 2023, having previously led Grant Thornton’s debt advisory team since 2019 and held senior lending roles for 15 years in corporate banking.

He has led a wide range of corporate and private equity-backed transactions mainly focussed on financing organic or acquisitive growth, but also has experience in refinancing and restructuring debt.

Outside of work, Craig enjoys golfing with his teenage son or being dragged on long, muddy runs by his springer spaniel.

Stephen is a Director at Fellwood Advisory, joining in July 2024. An accomplished professional, he has 14 years of experience in structured finance and transaction execution, specialising in corporate lending for private equity-backed and owner-managed businesses. His expertise spans complex M&A, growth funding, and restructuring.

In his free time, Stephen stays active with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, skiing, and hiking with his partner and energetic dog.

Craig is a Director, joining Fellwood in January 2025.

He spent eight years in direct lending at TDC, sourcing, structuring, and executing a high volume of debt transactions. Previously, he trained as a Chartered Accountant at EY, gaining experience in restructuring and debt advisory.

Outside work, Craig enjoys time with his wife, two young children, and their family dog. A lifelong Bolton Wanderers fan, he stays active playing 7-a-side football and dabbles in snooker and golf—with mixed success!
